Welcome to Brand Name Furniture, Inc. Web site.  By using our website:  www.brandnamefurnitureinc.com you agree to be bound by it's Terms and Conditions of use and sales.  You also agree that this agreement cannot be changed except for by a written agreement signed by you and us.  Brand Name Furniture also reserves the right to to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

This site is owned and operated by Brand Name Furniture of Bohemia, , a division of Leon Furniture Inc..  All material on this site, including all text, design, images, logos, arrangement and graphics are the sole property of Brand Name Furniture.  Visitors may use this site for the purpose of viewing our products and product features and ordering merchandise.  No material from this site may be reproduced, copied, uploaded, posted, distributed, or modified in any form without written approval from Brand Name Furniture.

Product Availability

We offer no guarantee of stock availability of merchandise.  Customer demand, manufacturer supply, and unforseen acts of nature may inhibit product availability.  We are also not responsible for delays cause due to strikes, accidents, late shipment from manufacturer or other causes beyond our control.

Brand Name Furniture of Bohemia, Inc. Web site tries to represent all of it's products in the best possible way.  We cannot guarantee that the color you see in our product images will exactly match the product color.  Computers equipment can make the color vary. 

Products not covered by manufacturer warrantee

Any merchandise purchased from Brand Name Furniture of Bohemia, Inc. Web site is not covered under warantee for the following:

Fading, Wear, Shrinkage of Fabric.  Damage due to misuse, abuse or other accidents.  Variation of color, grain, or distressing of wood products.  Natural variation due to stone, slate, marble or other natural materials.  Furnishing that has been moved from original place of delivery.  Furniture that has been altered by purchaser.

Returns

Any merchandise that is received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable and no refunds will be given.

Refunds

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of the date of purchase.  If you  cancel within 48 hours of purchase you will receive the total money paid as a credit onto your charge card account.  After 48 hours your order is non-cancellable.  We are put to an expense in ordering and preparing this merchandise for shipment and in the event of cancellation by purchaser or purchasers failure to accept delivery thereof, the purchaser shall forfeit a sum equivalent to 30% of the purchase price on stocked items and 50% on special order items and liquidated damages for breach of contract.

Payment

Brand Name Furniture of Bohemia, Inc.  accepts  Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express in our showroom.  Online orders are processed through Pay Pal which accepts all of these credit cards as well as instant deductions from your bank account if you wish.   You do not need a Pay Pal account to order, click order without Pay Pal account on bottom left of order page.

Fabric Protection and Furniture Protection Plans

These protection plans start after 1 year of purchaser ownership. Any fabric or leather issues before this time is covered by the  manufacturer's warrantee.

Pricing

All pricing on our website does not include shipping charges or tax.  8.625% Sales Tax will be added to all orders.

Customer Responsibility

Customer is responsible to make sure goods will fit in home.  If there is any question and you live in New York's Nassau or Suffolk Counties, we will measure free of charge.  Customer is associated with costs associated with furniture not fitting in home.
