Shipping

We ship via private delivery service to anywhere in Suffolk, Nassau, and any NYC Borough in the state of New York.  We can also have things delivered upstate New York, New Jersey or Connecticut if arranged in advance in our store.  These longer distance deliveries cannot be facilitated online.  You must have the room cleared out and know where you wish to have the furniture placed.  We do deliver furniture into home, not curbside like other delivery services do.

Customer Receiving

When receiving your delivery please make sure to inspect your merchandise carefully.  If there are any damages please note them on the delivery ticket when signing.  When this occurs we allow you to keep the furniture in the home until a new piece can be ordered and arrange an exchange.  You may also opt not to keep the furniture and just wait for the new piece altogether.   Brand Name Furniture is not responsible for a damaged item 24 hours after delivery if not noted on delivery ticket.

 Returns

Any merchandise that is received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable and no refunds will be given.

Refunds

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of the date of purchase.  If you  cancel within 48 hours of purchase you will receive the total money paid as a credit onto your charge card account.  After 48 hours your order is non-cancellable.  We are put to an expense in ordering and preparing this merchandise for shipment and in the event of cancellation by purchaser or purchasers failure to accept delivery thereof, the purchaser shall forfeit a sum equivalent to 30% of the purchase price on stocked items and 50% on special order items and liquidated damages for breach of contract.

Customer Responsibility

Customer is responsible to make sure goods will fit in home.  If there is any question and you live in New York's Nassau or Suffolk Counties, we will measure free of charge.  Customer is associated with costs associated with furniture not fitting in home.

Wrapping and Waste

Our delivery service will put all garbage and waste to the curb.  They will consolidate all waste whenever possible.
